1. Nature of Products:
The products offered by KAVITA PREM ASSOCIATES are Ayurvedic wellness and health-related goods, many of which are consumable in nature. Due to health and hygiene concerns, and in line with industry standards, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products once they are delivered and accepted by the customer.
2. Order Cancellation:
Orders once placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled by the customer unless done within one (1) hour of placing the order, and before the order has been shipped or processed. Cancellation requests after this window will not be accepted under any circumstances.We reserve the sole right to cancel any order at our discretion due to reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, the customer will be notified and the full amount paid (if any) will be refunded to the original method of payment.
If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by writing to our support team with photographic evidence. Upon verification, a replacement may be arranged at our sole discretion.
3. Refund Eligibility – Defective/Damaged/Wrong Product:
In the rare event that a product received is damaged in transit, defective, or materially different from the one ordered, the customer must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery by sending a written complaint along with clear photographic evidence to our official customer support email.
Upon verification, we may, at our sole discretion:
Offer a replacement product at no additional cost, or
Issue a full or partial refund to the original method of payment.
Please note:
Products that have been used, tampered with, or are not in their original packaging will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.Claims made after the 48-hour window will not be entertained.
4. Refund Timeline:
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days of confirmation. The credited amount may take additional time to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank policies.
5. Limitation of LiabilityOur liability is limited strictly to the value of the product purchased. We do not assume liability for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
